032 Facing your inner conflicts: How you hold yourself back and what you can do about it

Understanding your inner conflicts is a central component of meaningful personal growth and being able to live a fulfilling life. Your inner conflicts give you a really good indication of the relationship you have with yourself and how you carry your scars from the past into your present. In this episode, I discuss what we mean by inner conflicts, how these come about, why they are important, and what you can do to overcome them.
